Regenerative Farmer Academy

The Regenerative Farmer Academy is a unique project in the country.

It is 6. months full of knowledge and 12 online webinars for farmers, during which we popularize knowledge about regenerative agriculture. Each training is conducted by practitioners and researchers who are in contact with modern agriculture on a daily basis and as experts who help implement regenerative paths on Polish farms. Nature pays off!

The knowledge that is acquired in laboratories or by reading foreign articles and reports is often inaccessible to those whom it could benefit. We are changing it, presenting in an accessible way (with an emphasis on the practical dimension) a huge portion of knowledge, touching on many issues and problems that farmers encounter daily. During the meetings, we talk about the whole system of interconnected mechanisms, processes, and elements (soil, plants, microorganisms) and how regenerative agricultural practices (they are a crucial part of sustainable agriculture) lead to the restoration of nature’s cycles, improvement of soil fertility, water condition, biodiversity renewal and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Thanks to the fact that webinars are conducted entirely online, participants can take part in them at any place and time.

The donation for participation in the Academy, donated to the foundation, is fully used for the implementation of our mission – stopping climate change using a regenerative model of soil environment management in rural and urban areas, with particular emphasis on CO2 offsetting and protection and retention of rainwater.

“ESG Leader” is a title awarded to companies and institutions that have and implement a distinctive ESG strategy, offer innovative products and services supporting environmental protection or sustainable social development, and conduct effective information and promotion campaigns in the area of sustainable development.

In 2022, the Grunt od Nowa Foundation received the Diamond Award in the Educational Program category.

Regenerative Farmer Academy, is a series of knowledge verified in practice that allows for the implementation of profitable regenerative agriculture.

Agricultural regenerative practices are a key part of sustainable agriculture. They lead to the restoration of nature’s cycles, improvement of soil fertility and water quality, biodiversity restoration, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Can regenerative agriculture be the answer to farmers’ challenges? How to optimize cultivation costs and not lose out on the European Green Deal? You will learn the answers to these and other questions by participating in the Academy!

Founder of the foundation Anna Danylczenko received the Diamond Award in the Educational Program category.

Who is this project aimed at?

If you are a farmer

When the soil is covered with plants, it is protected by them. When plants decompose, they provide nutrients to the microorganisms that live below the surface. Soil agitation and reduced soil tillage support the maintenance of carbon, fertility, and water reserves in the soil. Crop rotation helps build immunity by minimizing disease
and reducing the need for additional fertilizers. Join us and learn how to reap real benefits from regenerative agriculture.

If you are a CSR department

Systematic and measured development of CSR is a tool that allows to the acquisition of new customers, investors, and business partners. The new rules of social obligations mean not only the need for changes at the legal level but also require a thorough assessment of the company’s impact on the environment and the definition of measurable ESG goals leading to sustainable and responsible development. Become a sponsor of the Academy and learn how to effectively implement the assumptions of corporate social responsibility by investing in regenerative agriculture!
