Assistant professor at the European Regional Center for Ecohydrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, researching the relationship between water quality and the biological life of freshwater – mainly in terms of salinity and eutrophication. In 2017, he founded Świat Wody because he wanted the “secret” knowledge from scientific publications to come to light daily and contribute to the care of the common good, which undoubtedly is water.
Member: Regional Council for Nature Conservation at RDOŚ in Łódź; the Climate Council at the UN Global Compact Network Poland; of the Scientific Council of the Business for Climate Foundation. Since 2013, co-author several studies on water management in Poland. Enthusiast and observer of nature since early childhood. Privately, a husband and father, an amateur runner, a lover of board games and historical novels, and a “retired” javelin thrower.
