We invite you to join our team of Regenerative Advisers, who will support farms in adapting their production to environmental, business and legal requirements. We provide training and the chance to work under the guidance of experts from Poland and abroad. Requirements:
at least 3 years’ experience working as an agronomist;
knowledge of regulations on agriculture and environmental protection;
well-developed organisational and communication skills;
motivation to develop and improve your farming skills;
English at least at a communicative level will be an advantage;
at least a good command of MS Office, especially Excel;
category B driving licence;
advanced computer skills.
Duties:
supporting assigned farms;
analysing each farm’s situation using a set form;
drawing up a farm transformation plan;
ongoing contact with the supported farm by phone and email;
collecting all data for reports and documentation;
preparing reports in line with guidelines;
continuously broadening and updating your knowledge;
business travel;
taking part in the project team’s work on developing and implementing new solutions in regenerative agriculture.
