Filip Drescher is a 16-year-old boy from Murów, Poland. While many people think about learning, hobbies or fun in their teens, Filip decided to take up farming and become a farmer.
He is one of the youngest farmers in Poland, and at the same time manages his entire farm. Seeing the talent and commitment of the young farmer, we approached him with a proposal of cooperation in the field of agricultural consultancy.

How does this work?
Filip is a high school student. Despite numerous school duties, the boy spends most of his free time working in the field. On his farm, he grows cereals, fodder plants and vegetable crops. Filip handles the entire process, from sowing to harvesting.
Filip, despite his young age, already has a lot of experience as a farmer. He drew his knowledge and skills from the achievements of older farmers in the family and the surrounding area, who shared their experiences and advice with him. Despite his skill in action, Filip did not rest on his laurels and constantly strives to deepen his knowledge. In addition to using the experience of others, he systematically educates himself by watching agronomists’ videos on YouTube. Thanks to this, he has a very wide range of knowledge in the field of agriculture, which allows him to effectively run his farm and achieve good results.
His work and commitment were noticed by the local media, who described Filip’s story as an example for other young people who want to take up farming.

Creative approach to work
As a farmer, Filip is well aware that the right equipment is essential in running a farm. Therefore, from the beginning of his adventure with agriculture, he meticulously collects a large machine park. He now has almost all the necessary machinery and tools to make his field work easier and more efficient. Among them are e.g. plow, harrow, cultivator and potato hiller. Thanks to this, Filip is able to independently perform most of the work related to the cultivation of the land.
In addition, Filip also turned out to be a creative constructor. With the help of his younger brother, he created a car to which he mounted a plow in the winter. Thanks to this tool, he successfully removed snow from the yard, road, and also helped in removing it from his neighbors. With safety in mind, Filip installed additional headlights on his car, which ensured proper lighting during snow removal at different times of the day and night.

Support in action
Noticing the young farmer’s talent and commitment, we offered him cooperation in the field of agricultural consulting. Together with Filip, we took soil samples in his field to determine further plans and introduce a regenerative soil environment management model. We strive for long-term partnerships, sharing knowledge about modern agricultural reality in an accessible way. Our activities are to bring profits for the farm from the very first day.
