Module 3: Farm diagnostics and action plan design

Prepare your farm for transformation – plan your transition to regenerative agriculture step by step.

Transforming a farm requires a well-thought-out plan based on a reliable diagnosis of soil condition and farming practices. This two-day module offers practical support to help you understand where you are and how to plan an effective change.

How does the training work?

During the training, you will learn how to thoroughly assess the condition of your farm and explore sample transition pathways for Poland’s most important crops, such as oilseed rape, wheat, maize, potatoes and sugar beet. We will also discuss the financial and logistical aspects of moving to regenerative practices, so you can realistically plan your next steps.

Training programme
