Module 2: Regenerative practices step by step

Get to know regenerative agriculture practices in detail – themed webinars that will introduce you to specific methods step by step.

Regenerative agriculture is not just theory, but above all practical work in the field that restores soil fertility, improves biodiversity and helps reduce production costs. If you want to learn more about individual methods and how to apply them, this webinar series is for you.

How does the training work?

It is a series of online meetings, each lasting about 2–3 hours, in which we discuss specific practices used in regenerative agriculture. Each webinar offers knowledge backed by examples and practical tips that you can apply on your farm straight away.

Webinar programme

1. Tillage strategies and soil disturbance
You will learn about different tillage methods (ploughing, reduced tillage, no-till), how to measure tillage intensity and how to safely reduce soil disturbance. We will also talk about the economics of tillage and analyse a case study.

2. Cover crops
We will explain why cover crops are worth using, how to choose the right species and how to manage them, as well as the economic benefits they bring.

3. Plant nutrition: the regenerative approach to fertilisation
We will discuss managing plant nutrition, controlling photosynthesis and methods of limiting pests and diseases, as well as alternatives to synthetic fertilisers.

4. Spraying technology
You will learn how to spray more effectively, at lower cost and with reduced use of plant protection products, and discover alternative protection methods.

5. Composting techniques
You will learn about different types and processes of composting, the costs of producing compost, its impact on soil and crops, and examples of proven practices.

6. Intercropping/companion crops
You will learn how to use intercropping to support soil regeneration and improve yields.

7. Crop biodiversity
You will learn about the role of biodiversity in regenerative agriculture, methods for assessing it and practical solutions for bringing biodiversity to your farm.

Who is this training for?

This training is for you if you:

– Want to better understand and apply specific regenerative practices on your farm.
– Care about improving soil health and increasing biodiversity.
– Plan to reduce your use of synthetic fertilisers and plant protection products.
– Are looking for ways to lower cultivation costs and increase production efficiency.
– Are interested in practical solutions that are easy to implement.

What will you learn?

– Choose and apply appropriate tillage and crop protection techniques.
– Manage plant nutrition sustainably and efficiently.
– Use cover crops and intercropping.
– Produce and apply high-quality compost.
– Introduce biodiversity that benefits your farm’s ecosystem.

A unique project combining regenerative and financial advisory

In the “Przewaga z natury” (Nature’s Advantage) project, we combine regenerative advisory with financial analysis. Farm profitability is key for us, and we assess every recommendation in terms of costs, potential savings, impact on yields and production security.
